  • Lunctime Dilemma

    Okay, so I forgot to make my lunch last night. I was in a rush this morning, and tried to look for something to bring, and spotted one of my boyfriend's Chunky Soup cans; Chicken and Dumplings. It was 15 net carbs per serving, 2 servings in a can. I figured most of those carbs were in the dumplings, so I just ate the chicken/soup/veggies and left the dumplings behind.

    I imagine the soup might have had some kind of starch to make it thick.. but besides that, I wonder if I'm okay? I'm trying to stay below 30 carbs a day.
