I think the key to success on this WOE is to eat lots of diferent foods so I thought I'd start a thread to give us all ideas!
Here are two of my favourites:
Baked avocado with bacon
Ingredients
Avocado
Bacon
Cream
Approx one tablespoon of cheese
1. Set oven to its lowest setting (160 degrees on my oven)
2. Cut avocado in half lengthways and remove the stone, place on a baking tray and gently warm the avocado in a low oven for approx 20 mins. While it’s warming cut the bacon into strips and gently fry it in oil (I used chilli oil)
3. Once the bacon is slightly crispy turn off heat and add cream (approx 2 tbsp) and cheese and mix well.
4. Take avocado out of oven and spoon in bacon mixture.
This tastes amazing! You really have to try this. Filling too.

Chicken and mushrooms in boursin
Chicken breasts cut in to chunks
Approx 8 mushrooms (quartered)
Half an onion (chopped)
red chilli (optional)
Zuchini/courgette (optional)
Quarter pack of boursin with garlic (full fat soft cheese with garlic)
Fry the chicken in butter with a dash of oil. When cooked, add mushrooms, onion, chilli, courgette (zuchini) and cook for a few minutes until it's how you like it. Add the cream cheese and turn down heat to allow it to melt and stir to coat chicken and veg. Serve (on it's own or with runner beans or green beans.
THIS IS MY FAV LOW CARB MEAL. Full of flavour and high fat so filling.
