    I didn't see this post so I thought I would start it. Did 25 squats this morning so off to a good start with my workout today. Hope everyone has a great day!

    I'm here! Doing tax stuff - UGH!!

    Kids finished their school year (homeschool) and their tests went in the mail on Monday. Last night ordered an entire new curriculum. So they start again soon! Woo Hoo!! I love new stuff - LOL!!

    I have protein bars coming soon (come on UPS man!).... I missed having a grab and go item this past Saturday at the market.

    I'm at 142 which is cool.

    Anyone have a good recommendation for pedometer? I'd like to get one for myself and the kids. I'm having dreams of jogging (I can't jog because of my knees) so I figure I can walk - LOL - I have enough land to do it!

        Good Morning.. Wow its almost 11am and I am the 4th post.. I went to work this morning.. Sat on Standby..there 7 of us sitting in the lounge on Standby.. I am off the rest of the day... Gotta go to the Chiropractor later today...

        Made it through yesterday cheat free.. Actually I felt I had a productive day.. Cleaned the bathroom, went to water aerobics, worked 5 hours and stayed cheat free.. All on my anniversary

          Mornin!

          Feel perty swell this morning. Ran 3 miles around the neighborhood yesterday - it was so beautiful outside. It is amazing how much easier and better running outside, as opposed to running inside on a treadmill.
          Also went to the gym last night. Did 30min of elliptical, followed by Yoga class. Our gym also had some sort of deal going with Chipotle (yummiest burrito place on earth), where you could get a free item (burrito, bowl, etc..) just by showing your membership card - Yiippppppppppeeeeeeeeeeeee - free dinner for all! I had a bowl with steak, lettuce, guac, sour cream, cheese and tomatoes - was AWESOME!!!
          Today, I'm taking the little dudes to the park and to Target so they can pick out a little goodie with their Easter cash.
          Tonight is BOOT CAMP class - should be fun!
          Scale is still the same. I reckon I'm going to be stuck at 115 forever.. dangit.

            Dana..where did you get these from? They don't have any sugar? This morning I was so hungry at work. I even had 4 boiled eggs with me and I went to eat my Pork Rinds and they were STALE...GRRR.. I would like to have something as an occasional backup

              Good morning everyone!

              I am so tired today, was up until 3 am last night. Got into a fight with my bf that just kept going. Finally worked things out but now I'm so tired for work. Today for pretty much the whole day we will be on the phones so its gonna be an interesting time.

              After work I plan on getting my excercise in. I wish I had time to do it in the morning without waking up so damn early. Next week my new schedule starts and I dont have to work til 10 am so that will give me plenty of time to wake up, work out, and get my day started. Yayness

                Dropping in to say Hi! Did back and bicep workout this morning. I've been on my feet running around nonstop since I climbed out of bed. Time to get a move back on!

                Sandy - Happy late anniversary!! That reminds me, I need to go clean my bathroom too.

                  Good day to you all. I am still doing my thing. The scale has not moved yet this week, but I figured I best stay off the darn thing until Friday. It seems to like me better on Friday.

                        Good day today, but I am famished. I had my usual three fried eggs this morning, and just had some pork roast and brussels sprouts for lunch, but I'm really hungry. I'm stuck at the office until 5, and have had enough water to sink a ship, so I'm not sure what's going on.

                        Off to the gym tomorrow morning, after a three-week layoff. Gotta get back in the groove.

                          I LOVE cleaning bathrooms. I don't know what it is, but I would rather clean a john than clean anything else. Plus, with 3 boys - 4, if you count my hubby, I spend the majority of my time cleaning up their missed shots in the bathroom anyways - might as well enjoy my work

                            Aloha all,
                            Today is King Kuhio day in Hawaii. It's a state holiday and DH is home from work. I'm going into the office but will likely be the only one there. Perfect for getting things done.
                            You may remember my 'tipping point' trauma when I just hit the one week of induction point. We'll, I've kept going completely on track. Some awesome European cheeses helped me through any cravings.
                            I've stopped checking the Keto sticks and the scales. I'm hoping that by Friday there will be some evidence.
                            But people are saying they think I've lost weight. I think it is mostly water in my face... very nice.
                            It is a relief! I'm not in a huge panic or hurry to lose. This is more about health and lifestyle. But I really am comforted to know that this IS the right WOE for me and my body hasn't changed that much since the last time around. In another year or two, I'll be back to a thin self

                              I'm here. It's Wednesday and I cheated twice last night. I wanted something "dry" for my tummy which was horribly upset all day. It helped I must say but now I feel emotionally awful. So I'm back on induction until the end of the month to get back into ketosis. I'm off right now to sweat and do at least 6 miles on the treadmill in my sauna suit. Drinking lots of water today and gonna sweat out those carbs! I'm glad I have this board for support. So glad. I realize that this IS a lifetime commitment and sometimes life happens. You don't give up on the WOE and you don't give up on !!!


                              If I remember that, I WILL succeed. This weight that I want to lose is going to take a lot more than a few months. I know it could take years but right now I'm gonna focus on my challenges, the little successes and my mini goals.
