    Morning all. I hope everyone had a great BBQ filled day yesterday and are up and raring to go this morning.

    So lets hear some stories!! Who did what?

    Hubby and I ended up taking the kids to the mall to ride the carousel and the mini trains. I forgot my camera and could kick myself for it but they had a blast. After that we took them for a cinnabon and as weird as this may sound I wasn't all freaked out about it. I was able to enjoy being there without feeling upset or deprived. Another reason I love this WOE.

      Meena sounds like you are smack dab in the middle of Ketosis!!!!!!! Goota love it! Good for you for having a wonderful family day and staying on track .......

      I was bad so getting back on track this morning is my motto! One year ago today I started this WOL and so todayis a perfect day for a recommitment!!!!!

        Good morning. I had a great weekend! But, I was bad last night, for no particular reason. Onion rings did me in. Back on track today.

          i weighed after my first week on clean induction. Dow 7 lbs!!! i mowed for 5 hours yesterday good cardio though

            Morning everyone. I didn't do anything yesterday we both had to work. Oh well...Holiday pay!

            Well the flippin' scale isn't budging at all this week. I'm getting a little discouraged because now I don't think I'm going to make the independance day challenge...grr... Oh well. I'm in Ketosis and I'm not doing anything wrong that's another reason why I'm a little discouraged.

            I started working out 2 a day now so that could be why...there could be a ton of reasons why it's not moving. I'm not giving up I'm just venting.

              Good Morning Everyone!

              I was extremely bad this weekend and had chocolate mousse, a milkshake and some caramel. AHH! Plus Friday a little to much to drink. BAD!!!! I am getting back on track today. I went to spinning this morning (was a little slower then normal) but I did it. I am waiting for my little one to go to school to do "The Transfirmer" in the basement. I have put on a few pounds from eating bad and TOM came to visit on Saturday. I am getting my butt back in gear. I can't give in to sweets anymore! I am 14 pounds away from my goal.. I can't give in now.

                I had two different BBQs and a 10K this weekend. Busy busy. Slept like a baby. Stalled as stalled can be. Or it may be possible i have a very low CCLM and will need to stick to induction level carbs in order to get to goal. Still trying to see if it is worth it to me to drop back to induction to lose the rest of the weight.

                  Hello all! This forum is so friendly, I hardly see any roll calls in the other forums. I'd like to join club! So here we go...weekend was awesome, the Spurs won! Yay! This morning I went to the University rec center and started that Couch Potato to 5k program and yikes, I'm going to be sore tomorrow! (sigh) It feels like a Monday....

                        Hi everyone

                        Lovely to see all your posts.

                        I am back! Dad is still in hospital after his septic arthritis but is out of ICU (after 3 week stint) and on a ward doing really well considering.

                        I stuck with plan for two weeks and then went off plan for two weeks. I am now back food wise but still having some alcohol for medicinal purposes! It is a very upsetting/worrying time and I am not going to beat myself up over it. I used to be an all or nothing person but can now compromise. I didn't go carb crazy either which was a surprise.

                        Anyway, it's good to be back. xxx

                          Hi ya'll
                          Sounds like a good weekend. I made stuffed peppers for dinner last night, now there are leftovers... yum! Off to a employee appreciation luncheon. Planning on ordering a salad. Then work.

                            Hi Everyone....
                            Definetly feels like a Monday...the day dragged a bit but it's just about over for me...6 a.m. to work is early enough..tonight will be leftover bbq from last night...it was a great dinner..steak...summer squash...corn on the cob which my hubby ate I had a bite I knew it wouldn't kill me..it's high carb but still a veggie..I'm thinking on BBQ Chicken for tomorrows dinner...
                            I need to get my butt back to excersizing..didn't do any this long weekend,worked in the garden and yard..and with the pups.hope everyone has an awesome night

                              Checking in real quick & then off for a walk around the college campus. Feels like rain but as determined already I don't melt!!

                              Have had a great day food & water wise. Work was interesting as always! Have the day off tomorrow!!
