  • Back again!

    Hi everyone!! Glad to see some old faces and some new ones as well. I started again 4 days ago, and so far things have been excellent! Im sticking to strict induction, walking about 2 miles a day and drinking almost 2 gallons of water.
    For those who dont know me or just cant remember, I did Atkins about 3 years ago with lovely results, I lost about 50lbs. For some reason I had this idea in my head that I couid go back to eating the way I used to and be fine...not so much. I gained here and there and I tried Atkins again, and again, and again...Kept falling off, turns out I was self sabotaging myself by rewarding myself with sugar free treats, to often!
    Everytime I hit rock bottom and cheat myself through this I learn something new about myself, like my limits, what makes me weak and what makes me strong. This time around I want to take what I've learned from my failures and keep it with me and succeed with this way of life.
    I was recently married ( August 2nd ) and I thought this would be a perfect time to make healthier choices for myself. I refuse to be a fat wife!!
    Everyone looks so good, and Youre all such wonderful people.
    Im so glad to be back!!!
