      TGIF indeed. I'ts my day off!! Going to do some strength training and then get ready to open our swimming pool for the winter. I don't have time to swim in the summer because our orchard is open to the public 7 days a week.

        Hello, hello! It's Friday, already? Boy, that snuck up on me. Tomorrow's my slacker day ... sleeping in + no workout whatsoever = Slugville Feeling a bit bloated this week; can't blame in on TOM 'cos I was spayed years ago Too much sour cream, maybe :P Well, tomorrow is Weigh Day, so we shall see what we shall see, eh?

          Good morning STACer's. I'm back, all but that one pound I lost in the last day and hope to never see again. I don't have a plan for the weekend yet except making sure I get plenty of good induction friendly foods in the house. Got a lot of work (at the computer) and running kids around to activities this weekend, but I'll do my best to get some execise in as well. Have a great day all!
          1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
          2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
          3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
          Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

          Current Mini Goals:
          1) 35 pounds lost
          2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
          3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

            G'day everyone, I'm excited for you that are doing triathlons this w/e...can't wait to hear how it goes! Barb1965, it's so good that you're here.

            I am flying high, no kidding, just overly thrilled that I have done so well, it's my Day 12. There have been some real challenges but I have mitigated, avoided, or overcome them. There have been some consequences to my considered choices, mistakes, and failure to pay close attention.

            But overall my results are extremely fulfilling to me, especially that I am staying committed no matter what. I've not taken a single step back so far and I intend for it to stay that way! I just can't say how much it means to me, that I have committed to myself so strongly.

            Goal 3: Walk, exercise bike, golf, or yoga 15-30 min, 3x/wk. Consistency counts more than anything.

            DON'T START OVER, GO FORWARD!

              Good morning.. I am not off today, I have to work this afternoon/evening, which I hate. But they keep having me train folks for the fuel station who flake. And then I have to take up the slack... cuz they know I will. OH did I ever not want to get out of bed and go for a walk today! BUT I DID. I kept telling myself, 'walking burns belly fat, walking burns belly fat.'

              I feel bloaty too but I think it was the tortilla soup sans tortillas that I made last night.. salty!

              Way to go, triatholoners, derby-ers, and way to go with the excellent 'tude, Red!

                  I went to a concert last night, and luckily I traded shifts with someone at work. so one extra hour sleep for me. I feel actually, I daresay, kind of on the ball!

                  I have my first derby practice this weekend, and I'm pretty nervous about it.
