Hi all! I started back on Atkins last week, but didn't do Induction exactly, and still lost 5 lbs. Today I will start back on Induction for the 2 weeks and hopefully lose more. I worked out 3 times, and hope to increase that to 4 times this week, and then continue. I had a few headaches last week, and forgot that this is all part of the routine, but this week I am o.k., guess I was just going through that initial stage. I'm glad to be back, and look forward to sharing my successes with you guys, and I love hearing about yours!
