    Well I have had some success after my first week - I have lost 4.5lbs and in moderate ketosis already.

    Husband however is struggling a little - he is still not in ketosis but has managed to lose 2lb....keep trying to be positive with him and point out that it took me a while to get into ketosis last time we did it.

    I was a bit worried about doing it while working but apart from the breakfast dilemma I am having (which I have taken on board some people's suggestions on another thread thanx) I seem to be doing ok - I take a huge salad in with me to work and a couple of snacks and some cheese and I dont seem to be hungry in work which is great!!

    5'6"


    Starting weight (as of 09/15) 192lbs

    Current weight (as of 10/22) 179 lbs


    Loss so far : -12 lbs


    Goal weight is 150lbs
