  • Roll-call Wednesday November 12th!!!

    Wow, I can't believe it's pushing 9am here and no one has a roll call started yet!

    Well, I'm finally over being sick 100% (see my other post industion flu... carbage... etc. - and I lost like 3 lbs. from being sick ) and I started my breakfast off right with some deviled eggs!!

    I also joined some exercise challenges last night to keep myself accountable and I set my goals low so I know I would make myself finish what I've committed to.

    And, I think this also makes me realize I need to view the diet the same way. Low goals, no need to set my mind on my goal weight... how about making it through bfast with no carbs? Or a day? Then give myself a pat on the back and keep moving forward... do a little exercise, eat something new, etc.

    Hello! Sorry to hear you have been sick. I'm glad to hear you feel better and have been working lots of things out.
    I am fine - getting addicted to the gym! I never thought I would hear myself say that!
    My two year old is ill with a fever and so I am trying to keep her as comfortable as possible - poor little thing.

      Hi Everyone,
      I'm back. I've been sprucing up my bathroom with some paint. I cheated on induction yesterday and the day before. I've discovered that I really have to be careful to distribute my carbs out through the day, or I get funny feeling and just blow it. I'm back on track today. Got up and did forty minutes on the treadmill first thing, then poured myself my first 44 oz cup of water.

        I can't wait to get addicted to the gym!!! My new gym that I already signed up for isn't open yet!!! But, I'll be pumping iron at home til it does!
