I started Atkins again this week. In april i moved from Japan to El Salvador. Since its a job offer...but because im in beautiful latin America....you can imagine...CARBS EVERYWHERE..you name it...Tamales, Atoles, tacos, sweet breads, 
I do love the food and i had even lost 20 more pounds around july ..i gained the weight back, But im ok..i started again and im feeling great and since i already know the atkins diet, i have the book and i cook. I FEEL AWESOME!
Btw, my niece started atkins..but she`s dying to eat candy...so im trying to be supportive..but then again...she`s only 17!
