    Morning STACers

    Am having a good start as another 1.5 pounds down this week

    My two year old is still ill so I am taking her to the docs this morning. It means no gym for me today as she is at home but will do tae-bo at home.

    PS Had a lovely brekkie this morning. Slice half an avocado. Brush with melted butter (with a couple of drops of lemon or lime juice mixed in). Grill for about 3-5 mins. In the meantime fry some bacon and then serve. Delicious!

      Good morning STACers! Today is my official weigh day and I'm still the same weight as 3 weeks ago. I thought I might have lost a pound or two because I've been so sick but apparently the cough syrup has counterbalanced the loss of appetite. Oh, well, at least I didn't gain. LOL Have a great day!

            I'm guessing since Im a newbie, that roll call means to show up at say how the day is going?? I was browsing and saw them, so thought I'd say hi.. and hope your child gets well.. my 7 year old has been home sick too, but he's had pink-eye from a virus, luckily it's going away quickly..

            But, to add my two cents in today, I just finished 70 minutes of Turbo Jam workouts.. the 20 min workout, the lower body jam and then ab jam. Feel great now!!!! First time doing all three together, so that was a pretty signifigant goal for me.

            Anyways, thought I'd say hi and hope everyone has a great day today!

              i never have doing this turbo jams workout because i only have the turbo party and the strentgh. i wish make those some day. Turbo jam really works so hang in there, i lost a lot of inches doing it
