I've always had a problem in the past adding greens to my plan....
Mornings and Lunches I am fine. Sometimes I'll get my greens during lunch. Depends on my mood.
AM- 2 eggs, scrambled with a bit of cheese- This never stalled my weightloss. 3 brown and serve sausage.
Lunch- A chicken breast, either cooked with my spices- garlic powder, onion powder, chicken seasoning. Or marinated in Italian Dressing. OR cooked the night before with mushrooms, butter, seasonings stated above and bacon for extra flavor. By far my favorite dish.
Dinner- Could vary if I'm not cheating.
I have a list of recipes kept at all times on my counter. I also put the quickest recipes first..
