    Man, we have been a bunch of slackers around here lately.

    How is everyone doing? Staying on plan, cheat free?

    I have been doing good. I was 210.8 this morning. Hopefully I can break under 210 tomorrow morning.
    GOAL #1-220 lbs Completed 03/27/10
    GOAL #2-215 lbs
    GOAL #3-210 lbs
    GOAL #4-205 lbs
    GOAL #5-199.9 lbs onederland

    Hi there I restarted atkins after a 10 week period due to going abroad at 185.6 and that was friday and since then stayed cheat free throughout and today I weigh 178.8 under a week so Im really pleased.Oh how much I love this diet.
    I hope you get under 210 tomorrow just remember plenty of water helps alot.All the best enjoy your Tuesday.

      Not doing so great. Cheated plenty yesterday and have been feeling like crap about it today. Drinking plenty of water today and walked this morning. I don't even want to step on the scale until Friday.

        Still cheat free and the scale still isn't moving but I don't care, I feel great. I've had so much energy the last few days. My clothes are looser and a co-worker actually noticed today. I can actually see a difference in my face and gut as well, so something is working even if the scale isn't moving. I have been exercising so maybe I'm trading some fat for muscle which is all good. Haven't quit smoking all the way yet, but down to 8-10 per day from my usual 1.5-2 pack a day habit, I'll get rid of the last few shortly. I'm feeling well for the first time in a long time and if that's all I ever got out of all of this, that would be enough for me.
        1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
        2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
        3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
        Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

        1) 35 pounds lost
        2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
        3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series
