Here and on plan, down another 2/10th need one more 2/10th's to hit 18 pounds. I feel like I'm coming down with something. I've been so careful I'm kind of ticked I feel like I'm getting sick, I hope its not the flu. When I go out, I take my antibacterial wipes and wipe down shopping carts or anything else I'll be touching (movie seat last night), I use my antibacterial hand sanitizer before I leave my car and when I get back, I'll be really ticked if I end up with H1N1, I've never been so careful in all my life, lol. My daughter had a little cold like thing last week, I'm hoping that's all it is, as I didn't really take precautions with her and still shared my iced tea with her a couple of times. Ughhh, I guess tomorrow will tell.

Here and on plan today. Ate the hamburger pie with eggs this morning - that is just so tastey - hope it helps! Sitting at 231 again - my body likes this weight, fingers crossed for hitting the 220's again this week.sigpic

Wow Barb, How frustrating on a many levels. How can you stand weighing yourself every day? And to have a scale that gives you 1/10th of a pound !?! That would drive me over the cliff. I hope you beat the bug. Getting sick is No fun. Wishing you well

Actually it only goes to the 2/10th's, it gives me 2,4,6 & 8, but no odd numbers. Where I'm at right now those 2/10ths actually help, as I know I'm heading in the right direction. Thanks for the well wishes, started Zicam this morning, since I don't yet have a fever (and symptoms started last night) I'm thinking its most likely a cold. I can't find my reading glasses to read the ingredients on the Zicam, but I read on one website that it is sweetened with sucralose, so I'm hoping I'm okay there. Glad you are back on plan after last night.

Hello all. I have started Atkins induction Monday. I lost 107 pounds last time I did Atkins. I was also going thru a divorce. That was back in 2002. Anyway happily married and back to my biggest weight again. So back at Atkins. I have stayed on plan all week. I have dropped 11 pounds as of today. So feeling great. I am just coming off a broken ankle so I have not started exercising yet. I have a treadmill and I think in another week I will be ready to get on start exercising. I am ready for that. I am still wearing my boot as of now though. Really excited to have found this site. I am ready to get back to being comfortable with my weight.
