    Happy Friday STACers!!!!! I'm here and on plan, had a mini whooshie last night, YAY, went from 211.2 yesterday to 210.4 today. I might bobble around that for a few days, but I'll still take it. Wishing you all a great low carb day
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight
    (Next pic at 187)






    Current Mini Goals:
    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

    yay Barb!

    I'm down again, but not to my ticker weight, but feel it coming I'm extremely patient. I've been bobbling for a while, but it's slowly creeping down. Also feeling a bit 'squishy' - woo hoo!

      And me too, I'm down a pound
      Nice surprise since I wouldn't normally weigh til Monday... but a temporary change of weigh dates.

          I'm at 250.8, really wanting to get rid of that extra .8! Here and on the right track!!
          male/35/295/250/175? Weight loss is no longer my primary goal. Getting to the point where I no longer feel like h-e-doublehockeysticks is!

              Going into my last weekend on Induction and then OWL Rung 1 on Monday!
              Jackie - Misplaced Missouri Girl, now in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada!

              Lost 15 pounds 9/18/08-01/08/09, Ended on OWL Rung 6 (had a baby!)
              Restarted Induction 11/30/09

                Here & doing well. Off to Maine tomorrow. Fresh seafood is on the agenda! Maybe some Xmas shopping. No walk on the beach after looking at the forcast.
