    Good morning STACers. I'm here and on plan. Bobbling around my new low as of yesterday as I thought I would, but I'm still in the 210s so its all good. Made a choice last night to have an Atkins Endulge bar. I know that they stall me as I've tried them before. But I had a date with my 7 year old daugher to bake cookies and watch Chrismtas videos, so I decided to be prepared with something at least partially "legal". So we made the cookies and I didn't touch them, instead I had a half a cup of milk and an Atkins Endulge brownie. And I'm not going to consider it a cheat, it might slow me down for a day or two but so what, if I'm going to make this a permanent way of life I have to allow for an occasional endulgance.

    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

    male/35/295/250/175? Weight loss is no longer my primary goal. Getting to the point where I no longer feel like h-e-doublehockeysticks is!

        Barb, definitely a better choice... good job resisting the cookies.

        And EarlGrey (Jason), I LOVE the photo. Is that your family?

            Enjoying my weekend.Induction is going very well losing a lb a day so alls good.Have a lovely Saturday and enjoy your weekend everybody.

                  You have done really well Sham, congratulations. Do you have any advice for us fellow STACers that still have a ways to go?

                    Thanks Barb.The advice I would give is remember its so easy to put the weight on and harder to lose it so next time any food is tempting that is illegal remember this and you should think twice.
                    Also never give up,over a year ago no one would comment even when I lost 30lb or even 50 lbs and I was upset thinking I did well but others diddnt care at all.Now that I have lost alot of weight I am gatting very positive comments but the point Im making is dont bother what others think you should know the lbs are dropping and clothes are getting looser.Remember your doing this for you not for others.
                    I looked at my old slim pics daily because thay motivated me and I would try harder wanting to achieve that it was motivating.
                    This time I believed in myself and wanted to show others even my husband who said ha ha you wont lose the weight you always just say it and look it took time but I was patient and now I have shown him and many others that Im very determined and want to finally sort my weight problem out.
                    I get shocked and suprised when others say dont lose more you look so good now or wow you have slim legs those trousers suit you.I find it hard to believe their talking about me because Im not used to such compliments but I have to say they sound great and I secretly thank God who made my wish come true.
                    Im just blabbing on and sharing my journey I hope this helps you in a way and lastly Im going to say the main thing is willpower it depends on person to person so please those who are weak and give in work on it thats key to success.All the best to other members give it 100% you can also do it.
