I'm starting again after 2 1/2 yrs please help

Hello guys
I'm trying this again after 2 plus yrs. It was really hard for me before but after i got started i lost almost 60 pounds and felt great. Please help me. Thanks!

What are your stats? Your starting weight? Goal weight?

Do you still have the book? What in particular do you think you struggle with the most? Do remember it will be so much easier once you're well into ketosis!! Keep your chin up!! The results are going to motivate you!!

. yes i do have the book i will find it. Starting over is a biggie and the flu like sympoms omg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i felt like a mac truck hit me. lol! again thanks I'm loving the support already. I want to do it and keep it off. weight has been an issue for me my whole life. So it's really hard. I'm a very strong person except for when it comes to food.

It will all get better and easier with time! I'm telling you...results motivate me! I lost 70 lbs in less than 7 months and really, I could see changes in the tape measure when I didn't see changes on the scale. My body was shrinking and I could feel it. Every time I turned around, it was time for a smaller size. I practically skipped a few sizes along the way! Promise yourself you'll commit to a 2 week CLEAN induction and you'll be so much further along in your journey.

Definitely reread the book! It's such a huge help! I must've re-read that thing at least 10 times!
