    I am so stoked this morning. Day three and down from 250 to 247.6. I realize this is probably water but I DON'T Care. I love it.
    Ketone stix show trace amounts of ketones. I gave up wine, sweets, bread beer,, ect but I can't give up coffee yet.. Help what can I sub for coffee? I know if I push the cardio and wieghts that my wieght loss will drop tremendously.. last tiem I did cardio/ wieght daily but now I'm nervous that the amount of protien I'm eating will cause muscle bulk instead of lean. any suggestions would be helpful.
