    Morning folks!

    I haven't been on, I have been sick with a wicked head cold. Nothing is staying down, so I'm feeling a little miserable right now. But still on plan. Phase two is going so far so good. Well I'll know when I actually have the appetite to eat again. I'm getting ready to go to work. I hope its not too bad because I don't know if I can take it being sick.

    My mini is to lose 10lbs. Done 2/22/10
    Lose 7lbs is my next goal. Done 4/07/10
    Lose 5lbs is my next goal. Done 4/17/10
    Get to 149.

    Weigh? No Way Challenge, Squat Challenge, Abs
    Read the book challenge: 10/12/08

    G'morning brightstar. You beat me by 30 seconds. I was jsut getting ready to start this thread.

    I'm on plan and doing well.

    I started a thread in the main forum a couple of days ago called "Scales Lie". Some good input in it. If you haven't seen it, check it out.

    Next mini goal is 278 -50 Lbs
    Eventually, I'd like to join the century club.

        Yes T.G.I.F. Looking forward to the weekend. Adding more exercise so we will see what the scale says on Wednesday, day 14 of induction. I may move on up after that but for now on plan and feeling great!

          I am in and on plan. Went to the gym at lunch for some cardio. I meet with the trainer on Monday to go over the workout plan he has developed for me. I'm excited about this!

              Ultimate Goal = To feel good in my own skin. I'll know when I get there. It might be before or after 140 lb.

                Congrats on the loss Sheepie

                Here and on plan, been too busy to check in until now.
                1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
                2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
                3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
                Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

                1) 35 pounds lost
                2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
                3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series
