  • Roll Call Thursday 3/18/10

    All I can say is good morning and I am so glad tomorrow is Friday. Me and the scale are in a fist fight. I have to make it to to the store and try to plan a 7 day menu and stick to it so I can fix whatever I have messed up. I haven't eaten off plan except I didn't want to hurt the neighbors feelings when they brought a pan of bar-b-que ribs over and I wiped off as much of the sauce as I could but well I know it had sugar. First mess up since Jan 1. I haven't been eating my veggies. I am getting back on track. Have a blessed day everyone.

      I've ben off track A LOT. But here I am! Going to do a clean induction for two weeks then plan from there.

          Good Morning Everyone.... Great day, lot's of wonderful Corned Beef leftovers. I've got to get outside and get some exercise in this Sunshine.

            Good day everyone
            Been busy here. I was volunteered to make a Filipino dish for the gathering after my uncles funeral. I made it and then I cheated on my WOE with it. It is a rice noodle dish and I haven't made it in awhile and I really wanted some It is all out of the house now though. I didn't go to the get together and getting my weekend menu planned now to help stay on track. It is so beautiful and sunny here today. It's one of those days to go sit out on the patio with sunscreen on and think of all the good things that have happened in my life. I need the positive boost right now. Have a great day y'all

                I'm here and hanging on. I've been experiencing a lot of heart burn lately and I haven't been drinking my watre or eating my veggies like I should. But I havn't cheated either. Lots of stress in my world to and have relly wanted a cocktail.

                Glad I didn't too. Stepped on the scale this morning and I'm down a few more pounds. That makes 10% loss of body weight.

                  Hi all, I'm still here and eating on plan. I came very close to cheating today, I've been having some bad cravings (I think it's that time of the month) but I managed to ignore them. I'm bound and determined to have a clean induction!
