What is the one thing that really helped keep you focused on staying on Atkins?
I mean, I have read so many people saying they hit plateaus and they couldn't go without carbs etc....what was the thing that helped you surpass those things and helped you lose your weight?

And my before pictures are heinous, too, and that helps. Those things have worked - I've been doing it since June and haven't cheated.
