    Wow there are some great numbers in this thread. It's so encouraging!

    I'm on day 4 of clean induction and as of this morning I was down 8.5 lbs. I'd be completely estatic if I was able to lose 20 lbs. in the first two weeks of induction but I'm not getting my hopes up.

      I am on day 12 of a super clean induction. I started at 265 and weighed in at 243 this morning. The day after I began i also started working out 3x week. Swimming for 20 minutes or 20 minutes on the bike. I also take all stairs 2 at a time. And I have been drinking two 1.5 litre bottles of water a day.

      I am wearing my fat belt on the tightest hole right now.

        I lost 23lbs in 2 weeks and another 7lbs the following week for a total of 30lbs in 4 weeks...I have been the same the 4th week but hope that's only due to that TOM....

          day 6, I'm weighing in tonight

          I am on day 6 of induction. I began at 279lbs. I will post later on with the weigh in results. I can tell you though, that, in 6 days of dieting I was able to wear jeans I couldn't two weeks ago due to being too fat. So, I'm very stoked about Atkins. I hope to lose 80 lbs this year.

            Im on day 4 and lost 4 lbs. WHOOO HOOO.. Hope I keep going at this rate. Will update every one at the end of my first week.

              I am on day 4 of clean induction and I have lost 9 lbs. I am very happy with my results. Hopefully they will not stall. This week I will begin a workout regimen. I must get to my goal.

                Hello again Atkins people,

                Today, is day 7, and I have lost 13lbs. Grudgingly, I've started exercising again too. Way to go fellow losers like Aussienaz and Sashbox. This diet is amazing!

                  First week completed...and I'm down 14 pounds I've never lost 14 pounds in a week before! Talk about motivation.

                    I can't remember how much I lost during induction the first successful time around. I know I was delighted, which in part is why I yet again turn to my comfy familiar atkins place.

                          I've been back for about 3 weeks and I'm down 6lbs. Cut out coffee this past Monday and seasoning that had sugar as an ingrediant. I'm not getting back on the scale until next week. Clothes are begining to feel better. I wish I could have fantasic loses like some of you, but I'll just keep plodding along!! It's the only way to stop gaining...

                              I lost eight lbs my first week. My fourteen day mark comes up in four days, so far I've lost 11 pounds of the 40 I want to lose. I think i'll stay in induction for one more week, then move to OWL. this is awesome...i got into a pair of jeans this week that I haven't worn in a year...AND THEY LOOK GOOD. I went from 38 to 36....I'm way motivated!!!!
