    Hi Tracy Welcome back!

Yes scallops are ok on induction, all seafood is, but seafood does have carbs so be sure to count them in your 20 for the day. You can input them in Fitday to check the carb count.

I love seafood of all sorts! and eat it frequently!

Oh, how I wish I could eat seafood regularly! Alas, I have a family member that I live with (brother) who is anaphylactic (life threatening allergies) to them, so they come no where near our house.

And wouldn't you know it, seafood is my favourite food [group?] ever?

My favorite too rybread. And I live with someone who doesn't really care much for it, except for Crab Legs and a very occassional fish dinner but usually only if we actually catch the fish. For that reason, I eat most of my seafood for lunch. :yes

I've already warned my husband that once we no longer live with my brother, that we'd be eating fish/seafood for at least a month straight.

          His response: :yikes

          Hahahah!
