From the list of alllowed foodsWe discourage the use of aspartame (marketed as NutraSweet and Equal) because of clinical observations that it slows weight loss in certain individuals.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

I saw a commercial on TV last night about PEpsi One now being made with Splenda. If you did drink it, count and consume only up to 3 servings of splenda daily.
I do not llike Pepsi so much, so I have never had it, but the Diet COke with SPlenda is nothing amazing.F/30

It isn't horrible, but i guess I was expecting something more. I like the whte grape Diet Rite better, I think...tangerine, too. Gee, you know what though, in college I tried to stop drinking caramel colored drinks..jsut somethign I did one day. So, I have only been buying diet 7 up or sierra mist for about 6 years now. I draw the line at Mountain Dew----too much like P E E for M EF/30
