What is a good thing to eat at the end of the day when you need to add a bit more fat into your diet but really aren't wanting to eat (and don't need to). I have been a bit short on mine and I ate some pepperoni thinking it would do the trick but I still ended up a bit short. My calories are around 2300 so I don't want anything else to eat persay, and I am surely not hungry. Any suggestions? Thanks!

A couple ounces of full fat cheese might hit the spot.

2300 seems to be an alright amount of calories to begin with so why are you uping?

also, Extra butter, olive oil or maybe more mayo will do the trick.

If you can use www.fitday earlier in the day before you have eaten your last meal it would allow you to add (as suggested) a spoonful of oil or butter to your veggies to balance your ratios more easily. :hug
I try to enter all my foods in after lunch so I can 'play' with the ratios if necessary by adjusting what I intend to eat for dinner.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Remember your percentages don't have to come out perfectly to the 65fat/30protein/5carbs...they can vary a little bit from day to day.

If you aren't hungry, don't force yourself to eat...just use that day as a learning experience and tweak what you eat in the daytime.

Not every day is going to be a textbook day...just do your best and odds are it'll all average out during the week. :yes
