    If you have a minute, I would appreciate it if you would take a look at my fitday numbers today and let me know if I'm on the right track. This is the first day of putting my complete menu into fitday and I would like a bit of guidance as to what I should be looking for in case I'm missing something...



    % are:

    fat: 67%
    carbs: 3%
    protein: 30%

    Should I take out a few fat % and put them towards carbs?

    Looks good...maybe more carbs.

    Also I didn't see any entries in "Activities Done Today." :no

    How's that exercise coming?

      my bad...I haven't started exercising yet. :help

      I have a membership at curves which I tell myself every day, 'tomorrow I will go' and I don't.....I also have a yoga dvd that's still fresh in the package. ....I know, I know.... :raving :raving :raving

      Okay, so, you've done it. It's after 10pm here now and I'm just about to hop into bed....BUT, I WILL exercise tomorrow....probaby my yoga tape in the morning...

        Can I ask about the fat breakdown?

        Fat: 844
        Saturated: 449
        Polyunsat: 64
        Monounsat: 274

        saturated is good, mono is good (I think?) and poly is the bad stuff (or do I have that reversed?)

        does 64 poly sound like alot?

        What should a typical breakdown look like?

          As far as fats don't worry about it.
          just keep away from trans-fats. If there are ingredients that say "hydrogenated" that means trans-fats.

          Otherwise all fats are good fats.
