    HIGH ON ATKINS

    I don't know what it is but for the last few days I have felt this really good high and before I had depression and now that I think about it I don't anymore. What a great feeling I hope everyone gets this!!! :icondance

      Ahhh, the ketosis-lipolysis high. It took me about 3-4 days to get there when I started Atkins with all the sluggishness, the "feeling fat" mentality, and lack of energy I was experiencing just starting out ... but getting over the hump and feeling so amazing made it all worth it! I could almost hear, "I can see clearly now the rain is gone ..." lol
