Well, I had ANOTHER appt. with a Gastroenterologist (German) who wanted me to come back for an endoscopy or colonoscopy or something. The jist of it is that he wanted to anesthetize me and probe my small intestines to look for a blockage that "might" be causing my pain. I just can't do it!
I am going back to the states on Friday. My trip is with my husband and kids, but my husband will return to Germany without us after 2 weeks. I have several appts scheduled to see if I can get some closure as to what is ailing me. I have a flight to come back in Mid-August. If I can't get some diagnosis and resolution, I am not sure I can come back to Germany which will cause serious problems for me and my husband. He is under contract to stay.
I am still trying to find those supplements from my last post. It seems that the Atkins site I used to order from no longer carries supplements just candy and cookies and junk. I think the supplements will help me over come my wt. loss hurdles. Can someone please help me? I posted on the Supplements forum as well but haven't heard from anyone.
I won't have computer access at my finger tips at home since I am leaving everything in Germany. But Iwill try and check from the hotel when I can. Another problem...where will my kids and I live if I stay? Our house is empty. But I digress....
