Too much birthday party fun for my daughter's birthday brought me to reality...the scale and pictures don't lie. So I thought I throw myself to the wolves again and run with the pack...litterally. Said a few
words to the scale. Found myself making a whole mess of goals again, and yet, these are attainable and realistic.
Got any of your own?
1. Drink 8, 16oz of water each day
2. 30 mins of exercise, no matter what it is as long as I'm breathing hard and heavy
3. Keep track of carbs...laziness of "guessing" is wrong.
4. Put the scale away for 2 weeks...use the measuring tape.
5. Tell myself "I love you" everyday, and mean it.
6. Find something to do the makes my brain learn something...read a book about history, life, and the earth...taking the focus off of pity-me.
