  • Induction goals? Got any?

Too much birthday party fun for my daughter's birthday brought me to reality...the scale and pictures don't lie. So I thought I throw myself to the wolves again and run with the pack...litterally. Said a few words to the scale. Found myself making a whole mess of goals again, and yet, these are attainable and realistic.

    Got any of your own?

    1. Drink 8, 16oz of water each day

    2. 30 mins of exercise, no matter what it is as long as I'm breathing hard and heavy

    3. Keep track of carbs...laziness of "guessing" is wrong.

    4. Put the scale away for 2 weeks...use the measuring tape.

    5. Tell myself "I love you" everyday, and mean it.

    6. Find something to do the makes my brain learn something...read a book about history, life, and the earth...taking the focus off of pity-me.

    7. Keep reading inspirational posts!

You pretty much summed it up! Except for staying out of my closet thinking of how BEAUTIFUL I will look in my smaller clothing and hang in there. I will be pulling them out to wear

I think you need to drink more water right? I think the book says 48 or 64 ounces.

I don't really worry because I drink much more than that a day. I'm just naturally thirsty and drink a lot...

I figure if my body needs water to burn fat then damnit its going to get that water!
