There are all types of seasoning, motified nonfat milk, tomato puree, modified food starch?? How does that sound? I've also drank plenty of water and green tea.
If it is in a Jar or can, chances are it is not allowed. Try this, melt american cheese (deluxe american, not 'cheese food' or velveta) in the microwave, and stir in some hot green salsa (check label). This makes a great induction allowed hot dip!

I would think this:
seasoning - OK as long as no added sugars
nonfat milk - OK if on dairy rung or above
tomato puree - OK if no added sugars but needs including in veggie count
starch - OK if on starchy veg rung or maybe even grain rung depending on what kind of starch it is.
Safer to make your own as suggested by calvinfish!
