Hi Everyone!
Today is my sixth day of induction, and though I've managed to stay away from sugar drinks, I really need something else apart from water. And I'm not a big fan of soda water.
I searched hard and found a carton of Alpro Soja Drink. Supposedly a milk substitute. It's pretty hard to come by packaged low-carb stuff in Netherlands. Well to cut to the chase.. I bought a carton and its staring at me from my kitchen table. So can I or can I not?
Here are the "specs" (weight/100ml):
Ingredients-Water, Sojabeans (7.2%) {supposedly no added sugar or salt}
Proteins-3.7g
Carbs-0.1g (from sugar 0.1g, no lactose)
Fat-2.2g (sat. 0.4g, mono-unsat. 0.5g, poly-unsat. 1.3g {1.18g from omega 6, 0.15g from omega3})
Fibre-0.6g
I'm here resisting the temptation until I here from you good folks!
Thanks for all your help!
