    I too suffer from lackapatiencitis. I think if you're born that way then it's hard to change. I'm married to the most patient person in the world. I can't make him speed up and he can't make me calm down. My best advice is to use that non-patience to your advantage. Use it to exercise more frequently or harder. Use it to get those meals prepared in advance. Use it girl!!!
