  • What to do w/ shrimp?

    Dh bought for me 3 pkgs of frozen (raw) shrimp. I wanted to make something that I could eat LOADS of it... hehehe... No, I'm kidding, but what I mean is that, I would like a recipe that I wouldn't have to eat just a tiny bit, kwim?

    Do you have any Induction recipe for shrimp?

    TIA!!

    I cut chicken up into bite size pieces and cook it together with 1/2 lb of bacon. Add minced garlic, parmesan cheese, and montreal garlic chicken (can be done without, but I love the stuff). When it's almost done, add in a ton of shrimp.

    It's awesome alone or on salads or even in omelettes.

      Sauté it! I throw in olive oil, garlic, dry white wine, pepper, and a bit of lemon juice with mine. Even better served with a filet ... hubby loves it!

        Yuummm!!! I do have some cod filet... I think I'll toss it and put on top of the filet... YUM!!!

          I use to get the low carb ketchup & some horserashish sauce mix it & have shrimp with cocktail sause. Always was good. Also shrimp scampi is yummy.

            kabab it... skewer it, peppers, squash, a few tomatoes, etc... and grill it... mmmmm....

            fry it up with some garlic, onion powder and induction friendly veggie of choice...

              I saute it too. 1lb of shrimp in 3T butter, with salt (to taste), 2t garlic powder, 1t basil. Saute on medium-high heat. Once the buttery liquid has reduced to just a buttery sauce (you'll see a difference), I toss with .25t cayenne, and serve.

              DELICIOUS. Trust me. And easy!
