    Hi everybody!

    It feels great to be back to ADBB! You can't imagine how much I missed all of you. I was surprised to find out how this board has changed. I'm impressed! It's way better than how it was when I was a regular on here.

    After yo-yo dieting for several months now, I finally told myself, "Enough is enough!" Now I'm back on track and wanna succeed on this WOL this time.

    I'd really like to get to know you all again, I lost contact with a lot of you who have been exercising buddies with me!

    I wish all of the Atkineers the very best of luck in your weight-loss journey!

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
