Sure you can! But not too much. Two or three tablespoons max per day, I seem to remember. Correct me if I'm wrong, anyone!

cream is listed in Chapter 11 of DANDR in the special catagory foods for induction along with a warning that it might slow your weight loss too.by the book atkinseer
