today is day 8 (started last sunday) and all is going ok. I weighed today and have gone done 3 kilos (6 pounds) which is great, and appetite is alot more controlled.
Thing is, I haven't been doing ANY exercise. Last year when I did induction I exercised regularly, but this time I "haven't had time". Anyhow, so today I thought I better kick myself into gear and go to the gym.
And WOW what had I been missing out on! I did 15 minutes cardio, then 15 resistance, then 15 cardio again, all throughout i was feeling great, jogging and cycling away, and feeling very energetic!
So, I'm gonna start going to the gym again regularly, cos I think it's the key to the energy-boost the book promises, and you feel so much better after finishing.
I guess DANDR said it right, EXERCISE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE!
