Well today is my second day on Atkins and let me tell you yesterday was awful. it wasn't the food or lack of soda but the massive headache that i had all day. by the end of the day it had turned to a migraine and all i could do was lay down and try to sleep. i just kept telling myself it would be worth it. But just looking for some support the in the couple weeks to come. Ive done atkins before and stayed on induction for 4 weeks which after the first week wasn't so bad soo....we'll see this time...Well wish me luck going into day 2. (please headache stay away). I did end up drinking almost 200 oz of water yesterday. i was dying of thirst. gotta get to work so talk later.
