Hi everyone, I'm just curious but I ate breakfast this morning and wasn't hungry all day because I have a touch of Bronchitis. I ended up going to the gym for 2.5 hours and my trainer kicked my butt, I am so soar and tired but I ended up eating dinner tonight which consisted of Eggs, Bacon and cucumber with 2 TBSP of ranch. Since I skipped lunch will that hurt me in the long run? I went to Fitday and entered what I ate today and it seems the numbers came out alright but I was a litte over on the fat, should I eat another vegetable tonight to even it out?
