Here's some resources to hopefully help others who, like me, are clueless to knowing what a serving size or a half-cup of something is. For me its been eye opening to find what I thought was a healthy portion clearly is not. This will be most help to my male counterparts as we understand pictures better than words, so I think. Frankly this is the hardest part of navigating the diet and menu planning.
The first link is really cool and is a take-home item. For starters, did you know that a 1 Cup measure is like the size of a baseball? Co with that in mind.....
