Well after a week of induction, I am finally in ketosis. I am not sure what I did to get there, but it feels great to be there. I have a deadline fast approaching. I have a physical to get back into the Army National Guard on the 25th of August. I have to lose about 2 inches off my abdomen. Is this a reasonable goal to expect to attain by the 25th? It is only 13 days away. I do run every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I realize that will help me. Is my goal unrealistic, or is it attainable? Is there anything I can do to help me boost my weight loss?
