I've always heard stay away from BBQ and never understood why... I think some places around the U.S. eat it with tomato sauce or something?
We just eat it ... plain pork with vinegar.... that is okay correct? I bought some pre-packaged at the grocery store and it had 2 carbs (fiber) in 1/3 cup.
Just need some advice! Wondering if there is something I don't know about or don't remember reading in the book about pork.

. But that aside, the vinegar based BBQ should be fine if you watch what all you put on it. But man, BBQ without the cornbread and mashed potatos... I lack the willpower for that!
