Once I can grab some chicken breasts, I'd think about going two omelettes, chicken breast for dinner, one cup a salad inbetween both meals still.

      Think that'd work?
oops didn't see this no you have your veggies and some of your protein and some of your fast every time you fuel up. think of yourself as a car. you want the right grade of fuel every time you fuel up you don't want to be too rich or too lean. As Dr Atkins reminds us in OWl the fats stabilize the blood sugar so have some with any carb you eat. you can eat 6 small meals or 3 meals and snacks if you need them BUT remember we only eat if we are hungry or it has been 6 hrs since the last time we ate. We do not eat to prevent hunger! so you may not need any snacks but if you do make sure you have some proteine fat and carb every time you eat even if it is 1-2 bites or a full meal.

      happy low carbing
