I think you just need to be able to take the first step, but keep in mind that even if you eat something with high carbs for breakfast, it doesn't have to be that you eat high carbs the rest of the day. I started this WOE this time around Midweek at Dinner. I said to myself "me, that's quite enuff carbing and quite enuff of this being fat" and stopped eating them. You don't need to have a specific date or time of day to cut them, just make the first move and do it.
