  • Induction Results

I am officially finished with two weeks of *Clean* Induction and here are my results...Atkins works!! (Although I already knew that!)

I lost 6 pounds, I lost 2 inches off my abs, and I lost 1 inch off my waist, hips, and thighs. My mom saw me the other day and she told me she could tell I had lost some weight. My clothes are fitting better, and there are a few more outfits I can now squeeze back into.

I am expecting the scales to stop moving for at least a couple of weeks, which is typical following Induction, and happened to me the last time I was on Atkins. I am hoping the tape measure continues to show a loss of inches. I do believe my fat loss will slow down because I don't have a lot to lose... but I am not in this for a temporary weight loss, but a permanent way of eating / living plan, so I'm not too concerned about the time frame.

    OWL, here I come!

great work!!! i'm one also who doesn't have a lot to lose. Just 10lbs really, but i'm having the hardest time to do a clean induction. I have tried a million times and really i need to figure out what is bothering me besides just having a nibble of peanut butter, here and there, etc, drinking diet coke when not supposed to. I think i need a buddy to keep me in line!? You are an inspiration. Thanks for sharing your success.
