Hi all! I quickly went into Ketosis when I started the Atkins diet. Truthfully, the second day of doing Atkins the color was changing on the stick. I didn't weigh myself in the very beginning so I don't know what I originally weighed, but my clothes have only loosened a tiny amount; I'm thinking a loss of 2-3 pounds IF that. I'm now one week in (today) and the ketone stick has read small-moderate for three days. It does fluctuate a little but mostly stays in that range. However, for the last three days my weight has been the same. When will I start losing weight if I'm in ketosis?! Especially since I went into this stage so easily!
I'm starting to lose steam. This diet is difficult for me since I normally am a cereal, yogurt and fruit eater. And to me, I'm assuming it doesn't matter what I'm eating...if my body is in ketosis I would think I would lose the weight...right?
Please help!
