Hope everyone is well...
Well it's getting to the end of my first day on this journey....
Just sat down after baking egg muffins a quichey thing...ready for tommorow.
Here's what I had to eat today:

For dinner I had a thin piece of frying steak in a cream & mushroom sauce with a bit of lettuce. Not many mushrooms but hey it tasted good!
I've also drunk 4 pints of water throughout the day(4 x 500ml)
Now I'm onto my fifth......hmmmm extra excercise getting up for the loo in night me thinks lol.
To sum today....it's been pretty good!
I have enjoyed the food. Probably should have taken more to work with me as I did get hungry...but I can learn from that!
I hope what I have had is correct.As far as I can fathom I think it is....just scared of going wrong somewhere!
Okies.....gonna sit back and enjoy a nice, cold drink of.....H2O!
