Elizellen, Thanks soooooooooo much for your kind words of encouragment. It means so much to me. I really had a battle with myself yesterday. Do I give my body a chance to recover and stay w/Atkins or do I go back to starving myself. I am holding strong because I know this works and I know that I feel the BEST while eating this way. I was eating almost 0 carbs for 2 weeks and yes, I lost 20 pounds but it was very unhealthy. I jumped back onto Atkins and I think my body was sooooooo excited with having some food. How can I eat under 200 cals everyday for 2 weeks, almost 0 carbs per day and not be hungry. Then I switched to Atkins and I was starving. I grabbed the wrong things. A bite of pepperoni here and a few other things that are loaded with salt. I thought I could just jump into atkins at rung 1 but I think it was a bad idea. I think I need a clean induction even though I just came off of very low carbs.

I am 5'5.5 and last thursday my weight was 222. I lost 20 pounds in the 2 prior weeks. I only ate that way for 2 weeks and then I couldnt do it anymore. My first goal weight is 160 then my all time goal is 140-145. I was taking a multi, a potassium, B6 daily. I have since dropped the potassium because I already feel so much better switching to Atkins. What are your thoughts about doing a clean induction?
