I wanted to try and make some recipes today, but in many of the 'induction friendly' recipes I read, the ingredients are not all strictly mentioned in the DANDR book. How do I know which are okay and which are not?
Some examples of ingredients in 'induction friendly' recipes that I wasn't sure about:
Baking Powder
Flax Meal
Cinnamon
Poultry Seasoning
Green Beans?
Garlic Powder
Sorry I am so new at this, but I don't want to mess up induction! I would like to know which of those ARE acceptable and if they are, what types of items are allowed even though they aren't directly stated so in the book? Is Linda's site correct on ALL of the induction friendly recipes, as in, are they all truly induction friendly?
