Reduced sugar heinz ketchup. It only has one carb, one gram of sugar but according to the ingredients that one gram of sugar comes from sucralose. I don't use any splenda at all and I like ketchup on my burgurs so it it ok to consider this in my splena allotment?? TIA!

I use it and it's excellent. I put it on scrambled eggs because otherwise I don't like them and I also add it to meatloaf dishes.

Yes, sucralose is the one 'ose' that is allowed. splenda is one brand of sucralose.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I finally found this stuff after searching and searching. Before I buy it, is it good? Does it taste like regular ketchup? I too, am missing it on my burgers and it would be nice to have when I make meatloaf some day.....SLIM IN 6!
