Okay, went to Arby's & had the large roast beef --- only the roast beef, no cheese, no sauce, no buns. I look up on arbys.com for carb count & it says "42 carbohydrates". Doesn't state with or without bun. What do you guys think? Did I just blow the next 2 days???

Do a google Search for Arby's Low Carby's. That's the nutritional info for the beef in a lettuce wrap. If you didn't get it in a lettuce wrap, there are carbs for that and tomato I think...but its defintely NOT 42 carbs. So, no you didn't just blow the next 2 days. However, watch the sauce...INCLUDING their mayonnaise in the packets...even the mayo has corn syrup in it!!!~Joy

In the "restaurant" subsection of this board, there should be a thread by IrishIrish that contains the nutritional info of the Arby's beef. It does have a carb count, but no where near 42.
